Tutorial Memasak Rendang Ayam

 

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, potong menjadi 12 bagian
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
2 btg serai, memarkan
4 lbr daun jeruk purut
2 lbr daun kunyit
500 ml santan kental
250 gr kelapa parut, sangrai hingga kering, haluskan

Bumbu halus:
15 bh cabai kering, buang bijinya, rebus
½ cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
½ cm lengkuas
10 bh bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Masak ayam dalam wajan tanpa minyak hingga kering.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, tambahkan serai, daun jeruk purut, dan daun kunyit. Masak sampai bumbu matang.
3. Tambahkan santan dan kelapa kering. Masukkan ayam, masak sampai matang dan bumbu kering.
