Makanan Khas Palembang Pindang Tulang Iga

Bahan:
750 gr tulang iga sapi, potong-potong
2000 ml air
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 btg serai, memarkan
2 lbr daun salam
4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
8 bh bawang merah, iris tipis
6 bh belimbing sayur, potong-potong
3 sdm asam jawa ditambah 2 sdm air, saring
3 bh cabai merah, buang biji, potong-potong
5 bh tomat hijau, potong-potong
2 sdm gula merah
3 sdm kecap manis
½ sdm garam
½ sdt lada bubuk
2 tgk daun kemangi, ambil daunnya

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus iga sapi sampai lunak di atas api kecil.
2. Tambahkan semua bumbu, kecuali daun kemangi. Masak terus sampai daging lunak dan bumbu meresap.
3. Sisihkan serai dan jahe, masukkan daun kemangi, angkat lalu hidangkan selagi panas.
