Tips Rendang Komplit

Bahan:
500 gr daging giling
1/2 sdt garam
20 butir telur puyuh, direbus
100 gr kacang merah segar (50 gr kering)
20 butir kentang mini, direbus setengah matang, dikupas
1.750 ml santan encer dan 250 ml santan kental dari 3 butir kelapa
1 lembar daun kunyit
8 lembar daun jeruk
1 tangkai serai, memarkan
1 potong asam kandis
1 1/2 sdm garam
1/4 sdt gula pasir

Bumbu halus:
24 buah cabai merah
20 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
4 cm lengkuas
4 cm jahe
6 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk rata daging dan garam. Bentuk bola-bola.
2. Rebus bumbu halus, santan encer, bola-bola daging, kacang merah, daun kunyit, daun jeruk, serai, gula, dan garam, sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
3. Tambahkan santan kental, aduk terus sampai mengental.
4. Masukkan telur puyuh rebus, kentang, dan asam kandis. Aduk sampai kuah mengering.
