Tutorial Kerang Tepung Goreng

Bahan:
300 gr kerang hijau tanpa cangkang
100 gr tepung beras
1 sdm tepung kanji
200 ml air
1 lbr daun kunyit iris halus
minyak untuk menggoreng

Haluskan:
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdm ketumbar
2 cm kunyit
1 sdt lada
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Bersihkan kerang dari kotoran, tiriskan.
2. Aduk bumbu halus, tepung beras, tepung kanji, air, dan daun kunyit.
3. Masukkan kerang, aduk rata.
4. Sendokkan satu per satu kerang sambil dibalut bumbu, goreng sampai matang.
