Tutorial Memasak Rendang Sapi

Bahan:
1 kg daging sapi tanpa lemak, potong dadu
2 ltr santan
1 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
3 btg serai, memarkan
5 bunga lawang
5 lbr daun jeruk
3 lbr daun salam
2 lbr daun kunyit

Bumbu halus:
20 btr bawang merah
10 siung bawang putih
1 ruas jari jahe
100 gr cabai merah
1 sdt merica
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir

Cara membuat:
1. Campur semua bahan. Masak dalam slow cooker selama 8 jam, atau hingga santan habis.
2. Angkat, sajikan.

Untuk 10 porsi

Nilai gizi per porsi:
Energi: 329 Kal
Protein: 20,8 gr
Lemak: 24,0 gr
Karbohidrat: 7,6 gr
