Tutorial Membuat Nasi Goreng Pindang Pedas

Bahan:
400 gr nasi putih dingin
6 bh bakso sapi, potong-potong
2 sd margarin
2 btg daun bawang, potong-potong
3 ptg ikan pindang, potong-potong
4 bh tomat, iris tipis
4 sdm saus tomat
1 sdt garam
1 sdm kecap manis

Bumbu halus:
6 bh bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
3 bh cabai rawit
4 bh cabai merah

Pelengkap:
bawang goreng
telur mata sapi
kerupuk atau emping goreng

Cara membuat:
1. Goreng ikan pindang hingga garing, buang kepalanya. Buang durinya, lalu suwir-suwir.
2. Panaskan margarin, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan tomat, saus tomat. Aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan bakso, suwiran ikan dan nasi, aduk rata.
4. Bumbui garam dan kecap manis. Masak sambil diaduk hingga matang.
5. Sebelum dihidangkan taburkan irisan daun bawang. Hidangkan hangat dengan telur mata sapi, bawang goreng dan kerupuk.
