BAHAN:

Nasi pera 300 gr
Sosis sapi 1 batang, bentuk kembang
Sosis ayam 1 batang, bentak kembang
Bakso sapi 3 buah, belah dua, bentuk kembang, goreng, tiriskan
Bakso ikan 2 buah, belah dua, bentuk kembang
Daging asap 3 lembar, potong sesuai selera

BUMBU:

Bawang merah 4 butir, memarkan
Bawang putih 4 siung, memarkan
Merica 1/3 sdt
Garam l/4 sdt
Penyedap rasa 1/2 sdt
Raja rasa 1 sdt
Kecap asin 1/2 sdt
Kecap manis 1 sdt

Cara Membuat Resep Nasi Goreng Sosis Bakso

1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga barum, masukkan nasi, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan bumbu, aduk hingga rata, kemudian campur semua bahan.
3. Setelah matang dan tercampur rata, sajikan.
