BAHAN:

Nasi pera 300 gr
Wortel 300 gr, potong kotak
Kacang polong 50 gr
Buncis 50 gr, potong 1 cm
Jagung pipilan 50 gr
Brokoli 50 gr, potong per kuntum
Kentang goreng 50 gr, siap beli

BUMBU:

Bawang putih 4 siung, memarkan
Bawang merah 4 butir, memarkan
Bawang bombay 1/4 buah, iris tipis
Merica 1/3 sdt
Garam l/4 sdt
Penyedap rasa 1/2 sdt
Kecap asin 1/2 sdt
Kecap manis 1 sdt
Raja rasa 1 sdt
Saus inggris 1/2 sdt

Cara Membuat Resep Nasi Goreng Vegetarian

1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, bawang bombay hingga haram, masukkan nasi, aduk- aduk.
2. Masakkan semua bumbu dan bahan pelengkap lainnya, aduk rata.
3. Sajikan dengan saus sambal, saus tomat, dan kentang goreng.
