Cara Membuat Resep Bubur Sayuran

BAHAN:

250 gram beras kualitas baik, cuci bersih
1750 ml air
1 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
2 batang serai, memarkan
1 sdt garam
150 gram jagung manis pipilan
250 gram labu kuning, potong dadu
1 ikat bayam, siangi
1 ikat kangkung, siangi
2 ikat daun kemangi, petiki daunnya

PELENGKAP:

Sambal tomat dan teri asin goreng

Cara Membuat Resep Bubur Sayuran

1. Bubur: Masak beras bersama air, daun pandan, serai, dan garam hingga menjadi bubur yang lunak.
2. Masukkan jagung manis dan labu kuning, masak hingga labu lunak. Tambahkan bayam dan kangkung, masak sebentar. Tambahkan daun kemangi, aduk rata, angkat.
3. Sajikan bubur sayuran dengan sambal tomat dan teri asin goreng.
